About the Oris Artix Collection
Essence
Oris is a Swiss luxury watch brand founded in 1904. Since its inception, Oris has introduced 4 major segments, Culture, Diving, Aviation and Motor Sport. All these segments include various collections and sub collections of watches. The Artix Collection of timepieces is a sub collection of the Culture segment of Oris watches.
Features
Only the best quality leather, steel and sapphire crystal are used in manufacturing these fine timepieces. The movement of the timekeepers is driven by Oris’ self developed mechanical rotors and automatic winding technology, which provides military precision.
Popular Models
The Artix family of Oris watches includes stunning models which are elegant yet substansively equipped to reinforce your active lifestyle. The ‘Pointer moon, Date’ model comes in a leather and stainless steel strap version with a case of 42 mm diameter, also made of stainless steel. This model is water- resistant up to 100 metres. The classic timepiece also displays the phases of lunar cycle by a pointer hand, which is connected to the centre with the hour, minute and seconds hand. The ‘day pointer, date’ model is quite similar to this timepiece with the only difference being that it has a day pointer instead of a moon pointer. The day pointer is connected to the other three hands in the centre and highlights the day of the week with a distinct red indicator.
The Atrix Complication model contains the day, month and Moonphase display along with the Oris’ famous pointer calendar. The ‘Atrix Date’ model consists of a prominent date indicator and the ‘Chronograph’ model has three chronograph counters, and a case size of 44 mm.
