In 2017, RIMOWA joined LVMH; three years later, it launched Never Still, a collection of bags for daily use that heralded its evolution into a cult mobility brand. 02. Lifetime Guarantee
We’ve been perfecting our craft since 1898, engineering your RIMOWA to be carried for a lifetime. And a lot can happen in a lifetime. Our Lifetime Guarantee is covering all functional damage to your suitcase - including that caused by transports. This means we will repair it so you can keep your RIMOWA - and all its memories - for life. RIMOWA provides a lifetime guarantee for new suitcases purchased from July 25, 2022. Please register your RIMOWA suitcase online to find all the details of the Lifetime Guarantee in accordance with the conditions written within our guarantee manual. Just set up a RIMOWA account, complete the online form specifying your personal data, and enter your RIMOWA suitcase's unique serial number. You will find your RIMOWA's serial number on the outside frame of your suitcase.
