Jaeger-LeCoultre is the Swiss luxury group Richemont’s fully owned subsidiary that manufactures clocks and luxury watches. The brand has more than a thousand calibers and a hundred inventions to its name.
The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Memovox Q1418430 features exquisite craftsmanship and a timeless design. Its 40 mm case is made of stainless steel with a fixed bezel on top that boasts of elegant and curved lines. The round pure silver coloured dial is protected by a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, which also features an anti-reflective coating.
Arabic numerals and sticks in silver mark the hours, while small silver sticks mark the minutes. There are silver sword shaped hands for hours and minutes and a black needle shaped seconds hand. The 3 o’ clock position contains an elongated date window and above the 6 o’clock position, there is a bold white triangle for alarm. You can adjust the time and set the alarm with the two-signed crowns present on the side of the case. The closed lugs are fixed with black crocodile leather straps, which can be fastened by a stainless steel deployant clasp that features a JL logo.
Driven by the Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 956, an automatic movement, this instrument offers precise timekeeping. The ceramic ball bearings and large variable-inertia balance enhance its long-term performance. There are 23 jewels and 268 pieces in the watch. It features a power reserve of 45 hours and is water resistant up to 50 metres, thus light splashes won’t damage it. The refined timepiece also has an alarm function.
