About the Tutima Glashütte M2 Collection
The Tutima Glashütte M2 collection is a true reflection of the brand’s commitment to producing rugged, high-performance timepieces. Originally inspired by the 1980s NATO chronograph, the collection is designed for extreme conditions. Over the years, it has evolved to incorporate cutting-edge technology and modern aesthetics, ensuring both precision and durability. These watches are popular among professionals and adventurers who need reliability in the toughest environments.
Features And Design
The M2 collection is known for its robust titanium cases, which are both lightweight and hypoallergenic. Case sizes generally range between 43 mm and 44 mm, offering a strong wrist presence without feeling cumbersome. The tonneau-shaped case, integrated pushers, and screw-down crown ensure that the watches remain both functional and highly durable. Anti-reflective sapphire crystal covers the dials, and the water resistance ranges from 20 ATM to 50 ATM, depending on the model, making the collection ideal for diving and adventure. The M2 models also feature Super-LumiNova-coated hands and markers, guaranteeing visibility even in low-light conditions. The unidirectional rotating bezels, particularly in diving models like the Seven Seas, add to the functionality. All watches in the collection are highly shock-resistant, with excellent magnetic field protection and anti-vibration features.
Iterations
The M2 collection includes several distinct models, with notable variations like the now discontinued M2 Pioneer and M2 Coastline as well as the M2 Seven Seas S watches from the current lineup. Recently, the Seven Seas range has been refreshed with vibrant new dial colours, including green, red, blue, and black, all with a gradient effect. The collection offers a choice of straps, from titanium bracelets to durable Kevlar or leather, allowing for a mix of both style and performance. These iterations ensure that the M2 line continues to meet the evolving tastes of its wearers without sacrificing its core qualities.
