About the Bovet Fleurier Collection
The Fleurier collection by Bovet explores themes of decorative arts and craftsmanship virtuosity, concepts closely linked to the history of the maison. More than 200 years ago, Bovet carved their way into the world of horology with pocket watches featuring intricate detailing and hand engravings. Now, CEO Pascal Raffy and the House of Bovet bring this watchmaking alchemy to the Fleurier collection, which houses beautiful, one-of-a-kind timepieces with round cases, leather straps, and intricately-designed dials.
The Distinctive Bovet Amadeo Case
Watches in the Bovet Fleurier collection are armed with the brand's patented Amadeo case, named after Pascal Raffy's son. Its singular construction is a lesson in ingenuity, resembling a wearable pocket watch. The Amadeo case is convertible and can be easily transformed without any tools into a table clock, pendant, or pocket watch. In addition, it is also reversible with two dials, one on each side. The bells and whistles that elevate this distinctive case and have become a signature of the collection are the single bow-shaped lug at 12 o'clock and the attached winding crown.
The Eclectic Watches Of Bovet Fleurier
The Bovet Fleurier collection asserts aesthetic dominance with its refined roll call of watches—19Thirty, Miss Audrey, Monsieur Bovet, Orbis Mundi, and the Virtuoso series. Miss Audrey and Monsieur Bovet are the maison's haute horlogerie interpretations of a women's and men's watch. While Miss Audrey is named after Mr Raffy's daughter, Monsieur Bovet nods to the four Bovet brothers and their tasteful style. 19Thirty, perhaps, is the choicest of all Fleurier watches. Introduced in 2015, it takes aesthetical inspiration from Bovet watches of the 1930s and carries a pleasing vintage sensibility with exposed and well-decorated dials. Orbis Mundi is Bovet's invitation to travel. It is an exceptionally designed world timer nominated for the watchmaking's Oscars—the GPHG—more than once. Virtuoso watches lean more towards mechanical complexity, featuring a slew of interesting complications as well as Bovet's first skeleton watch.
