Swiss watchmaker Zenith have introduced the new Chronomaster Sport Pink limited-edition of 500 pieces, in their continued support to Susan G Komen—the world’s leading breast cancer organisation. This marks the latest action by Zenith in support of the foundation, where 20 percent of the sales will be donated to reach more women and offer access to education, support and hope. The Chronomaster Sport Pink limited edition comes in a striking pink dial with their signature 1/10th of a second chronograph display. Its radiant sunburst metallic dial reflects a range of intense pink hues, while its oversized chronograph counters and even the date wheel have been coloured to match.

Measuring 41mm, the watch is crafted in stainless-steel and this is also the first time that for the steel version, the engraved 1/10th of a second bezel is crafted in steel instead of ceramic. The watch is powered by the latest version of the El Primero calibre, visible through the sapphire display caseback. With its high frequency of 36,000vph, it offers a true 1/10th of second indication and an energy reserve of 60 hours.

Earlier in June, Zenith and auction house Phillips had also partnered to present the Chronomaster Original Pink timepiece, where 100 percent of the proceeds from the sale went towards Susan G. Komen—the world’s leading breast cancer organisation. This comes as Zenith’s continued support towards the cause, as the brand has, over the years, been working to raise awareness about breast cancer. In fact in 2022, they announced the launch of the Chronomaster Original Pink edition, where a part of the sales proceeds were donated to the organisation. Together, Zenith and Komen have also launched ‘Time to Make an Impact’—an initiative that highlights the stories of breast cancer survivors and their supporters to reach out to millions who need help, education, and resources to deal with this disease.

Tickled Pink: The Zenith Chronomaster Original Pink Unique Piece

The Chronomaster Original Pink is a one-of-a-kind edition, created specifically for this cause, thereby strengthening Zenith’s partnership with Susan G. Komen and also their commitment to the cause. The watch is crafted entirely in stainless steel and comes in a comfortable size measuring 38mm. Here, the lugs are similar to the brand’s iconic A386 model and are set with 56 brilliant-cut diamonds. It features a dial in blush-pink hue with chronograph counters at three, six and nine o’clock, and also a date window positioned between four and five o’clock. The watch is driven by the latest generation of the El Primero automatic high-frequency chronograph calibre with 1/10th of a second measurement—the El Primero 3600, which operates at the high frequency of 36,000vph, providing a power reserve of at least 60 hours.
