It’s never a surprise to see celebrities galore in the stands at the most well-known tennis Grand Slam tournament, Wimbledon 2023. The English event is as English as it gets, with finery seen in abundance, and linens and pastel hues that appear to have stepped right of Downton Abbey. Among the famous spectators was William, the Prince of Wales himself, no less, with Kate, the Princess of Wales, with their children. As he usually does at most of his public appearances, the prince was seen wearing his Omega Speedmaster Diver 300M, with a blue dial. He was, in fact, wearing the same watch at the 2022 Wimbledon. The record-breaking tennis superstar was not victorious in ‘men’s singles’ at this tournament, having to play runner up to victor, Carlos Alcaraz. While receiving his runner-up trophy though, Djokovic was seen wearing a green ceramic number from Hublot, a brand to which he has been a friend for a while. This green watch is from the Big Bang Integral collection that was launched in 2022, as the brand’s answer to the growing popularity of integrated bracelets.

Former James Bond star Daniel Craig was seen in 007 style at Wimbledon 2023, with his wife, Oscar-winning actress Rachel Weisz. The dapper Daniel, who played Bond for the last time in last year’s No Time To Die, is still connected with Omega watches, as it turns out, even though he no longer represents the brand as Bond. He was seen wearing a Seamster Planet Ocean watch—a departure from Bond’s usual Seamaster Diver 300M. This blue edition also includes a fourth hand for GMT function, which works in-sync with a 24-hour hand for a secondary time, on the bidirectional-rotating bezel.

Quite the belle of the ball wherever she’s been seen lately, actress Priyanka Chopra-Jonas was seen alongside her husband, popstar Nick Jonas at Wimbledon 2023, in glamorous form. The star who’s made a successful international career over the last several years, is also an ambassador for Bulgari. And as one would expect, she was wearing a Bulgari watch—the extremely iconic Serpenti Tubogas. This classic timepiece, with a double-coil tubogas bracelet in gold is a timeless piece, which could arguably never go out of style.

A classic couple in a classic couple of timepieces! Nick Jonas was seen alongside his wife wearing the equally iconic Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso, with a steel case and a brown leather strap. The earthy look perfectly complemented his daytime beige, and made for an impressive appearance on the popular heartthrob.

Benedict Cumberbatch At Wimbledon 2023
Also sporting Jaeger-LeCoultre was English actor Benedict Cumberbatch, who also happens to be a long-term brand ambassador for the Swiss watchmakers. The Doctor Strange star—who’s also been seen wearing the brand in the Doctor Strange movies—was seen at Wimbledon 2023 wearing a Polaris watch in steel with a blue dial. The gradient blue number from the collection—which revived Jaeger-LeCoultre’s historic and iconic Memovox just four years ago—was most likely the Mariner Memovox, with orange accents that enhance its sporty character.
