King Charles III At His Majesty’s Proclamation

The former Prince of Wales, and now the new King of England, has been known to wear one of two watches at most public appearances—a Patek Philippe, and a Parmigiani. During the recent events following the demise of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, especially during the King’s proclamation, Charles III was seen wearing the latter. From the Toric collection, the gold Parmigiani is a chronograph, which is rather rare, especially since the present offerings from the Toric line do not include any chronograph versions. Especially the layeryed bezel of the gold watch was clearly visible, peeking out from under the cuff, while the King signed the proclamation, and even when he was greeting the public—who are now his subjects. The King was seen wearing his Parmigiani Toric with more than one of his ensembles during these appearances.

Adam Driver At The Venice Film Festival

Actor Adam Driver was at the Venice Film Festival 2022 to support his film, White Noise, and director Noah Baumbach, who previously directed him in Marriage Story, for which Driver earned an Academy Award nomination. The former Girls star happens to be a part of Breitling’s ‘cinema squad’ of ambassadors, and was naturally seen wearing Breitling timepieces during his appearances. The recently updated Chronomat series has been presented as an all-rounder watch, even though the collection’s roots were in aviation timekeeping. English actor Nicholas Hoult has been a friend of the Jaeger-LeCoultre brand for a few years now. He has made one dashing red carpet appearance after another, wearing watches from the Swiss brand.
