By devising a unique way of displaying time, the German watchmaker upped the game a notch by devising another timepiece that displays day in a unique way. Launched after the success of the Lunascope, the MeisterSinger Astroscope collection redefines a calendar on the wrist. The Astroscope takes its pointers from the astronomical definitions of the sky.

Features

MeisterSinger has a way of telling time and it is quite different from the other watchmakers. Refining the idea of timekeeping, the Astroscope also has a distinct way of displaying the Days. Taking its inspiration from Norse mythology, the Days are featured through heavenly bodies crafted inside the dial. For better reference, the actual days are also placed above the signs. The classification is as follows: Monday - The Moon, Tuesday - Mars, Wednesday - Mercury, Thursday - Jupiter, Friday - Venus, Saturday - The Sun, and Sunday - The Sun. Apart from the days, the Astroscope also features a date window over the 6 o'clock marker. In 2023, MeisterSinger launched a special edition of the Astroscope that featured a yellow makeover of the timepiece and is limited to just 200 pieces. For all the required advancements, the MeisterSinger Astroscope won the coveted Red Dot Award and German Design Award.

Movement

The MeisterSinger Astroscope collection is fitted with a workhorse movement called the SW200. The SW200 is manufactured by Sellita, a Swiss movement company. The SW200 provides a power reserve of approximately 38 hours.
