H. Moser & Cie. Venturer Small Seconds

Essence

The ‘Holier than thou’ persona of the H. Moser & Cie. Specials collection is characterised by equipping their timepieces with various ideas. Ideas such as crafting a watch that took a satire on smart watches or creating a dial with the darkest hue of the spectrum, the Specials collection is truly a special reinterpretation of the brand’s cumulative personality.

The Venturer

The H. Moser & Cie. Specials collection is equipped with the Venturer and Venturer XL series. The Venturer series is equipped with a petite 39mm case made with various case materials such as rose gold and white gold. The Venturer series is also equipped with a rather unique dial colour, the Vantablack, the darkest colour in the world. Vantablack is dark to the point where it absorbs 99.96% of the light that hits it creating an illusion of a flat surface just like a black hole. The Vantablack-filled Venturer also houses a diamond-studded bezel variant. Whereas, the Venturer XL is equipped with a 43mm case. The Venturer XL is placed with a small seconds dial at the 6 o’clock marker. This small seconds dial is absent in the Vantablack-filled Venturer XL.

The Swiss Alp Watch

A satire on the renowned smartwatches, the Swiss Alp Watch is shaped like one but with a more traditional timekeeper on the dial. This rectangular steel DLC case is equipped with a hand-wound movement and features a small seconds dial at the 6 o’clock marker that looks like a loading symbol.
