Backdrop

Very few are so enthusiastic about diving capabilities and Doxa is one of them. After creating the SUB 200 & SUB 200T Conquistador in the 1960s and Doxa went deeper with the SUB 1000 in 1983. Carrying forward the aesthetics of the SUB 300T Conquistador and the diving capabilities of the SUB 1000, the SUB 1500T offers unparalleled performance.

Features

The Doxa SUB 1500T is made with a solid block of 316L stainless steel. The block of steel does not have any kind of seams or joints thus offering better structural integrity for deep dives. The steel block case also offers superior water resistance capabilities, in this case, 1,500 meters or 150 bars. It might seem that this block is somewhat larger in size but on the contrary, is offered in a decent size of 45mm. Apart from the capabilities, the aesthetics are also taken into consideration. The crown is protected with Doxa’s fish logo and is protected by the lugs themselves. Whereas, the date window is perfectly placed at the 3 o’clock marker.

Movement

Powered by the automatic movement, the ETA 2892-2, the Doxa SUB 1500T is as accurate as of its predecessors. An improved version of the ETA 2824, 2892-2 vibrates at the same frequency of 28,800 vph. The movement inside the Doxa SUB 1500T offers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours.
