Rado Original

History
Rado had its historical beginning in 1917 in Lengnau, a small town in Switzerland. It was started by three brothers Fritz, Ernst, and Werner as Schlup and Co. Clock factory. Later, in 1957 their remarkable success story took a new beginning, with the launch of their first watch collection under the name Rado Uhren AG.

Design
The Rado Men’s Original Automatic Watch model R12413163 is a classic time piece for men. It comes in a 35 mm yellow gold plated case, which makes the watch authentic in design. The black dial perfectly complements the gold of the case. It shows gold hour, minute and second hands along with Arabic hour markers, so you can view the time with accuracy. Small stones studded at each hour marker give the watch a dazzling effect. The yellow gold plated bracelet adds to its magnificent appearance.
 A gold plated push and pull crown is fixed to the broad gold bezel for adjusting the time. Closed snap back and scratch resistant sapphire crystal window ensures protection against accidental damage or scratches. Its anti-reflective property allows legibility of time in sunlight.

Powered by automatic movement, this Rado Original watch is known for its time accuracy. Being water resistant up to 50 m, the internal parts and dial of this watch remain protected from light splashes of water or rain. The date aperture positioned at 6’o clock displays the day and date.

Interesting Facts
The Rado Original Chronograph watch was awarded by the IF-International Forum Design GmbH for its outstanding design quality in 2006, China. In the same year, this collection was honoured with the red dot award in Germany for its unique design. The red dot design award is one of the most esteemed international design competitions.
