Product Description
History
Founded in 1860, by Edouard Heuer, the company was originally known as Urhenmanufaktur Heuer AG. It was later purchased by Techniques d’ Avant Grade in 1985, and came to be known as TAG Heuer. Their headquarters are currently based at Neuchatel, in Switzerland. The first chronograph, patented in 1882, and 1887, by TAG Heuer as an ‘oscillating pinion,’ is still used by major watchmakers of mechanical chronographs. Since then, TAG Heuer has been popular among automobile racers, both among professionals and amateurs. The TAG Heuer Slr Cal 17 is one of the most stunning ranges of collection, that the company presents before you. The watches from this range have a sporty look.
Design
The TAG Heuer Slr Cal 17 CAG2010.FT6013 is a stunning wear, packed with features. Housed in a 47mm steel case, the watch is perfect for any occasion for men who love to flaunt their accessories. The round, black dial is engraved with indexes, and has luminescent polished hour’s hands to point at them. The luminescence in the hour’s hands helps you read time even in the dark. A scratch resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, making the watch highly durable. A black, tachymeter bezel is present round the dial.
The black, rubber strap gives this timepiece just the perfect casual look that you need for any outing.
Features
The bezel is provided with a tachymeter. There is rotating date display counter at 6 o’ clock, and two more chronograph features on the dial, which increases the functionality of the watch. The watch is water resistant up to 100 metres under water, which means you can safely go swimming with it. Powered with automatic movement, the watch keeps time with undisputable accuracy.
