History
Established in the year 1832, Longines, a Swiss watch making brand, was pioneered by Auguste Agassiz. With a complete focus towards broadening their horizons and gaining long term brand stability, they set up their very first Longines factory in Saint-Imier. With gradual entrance into the international market, they soon developed a mechanized form of production, hence, assuring durability and reliability. The start of 20th century introduced a new phase in the life of the company. The year 1913 marked the launch of their very first wrist watch collection, following the introduction the of Quartz clock, which set a new benchmark in the industry. Design
The La Grande Classique De collection Model no: L4.220.4.11.6 for ladies by Longines is a timeless piece of luxurious art. Designed with a radiating polished steel strap and a glowing white dial, this watch has been gently enclosed within a polished steel case of diameter 24.5mm, making it a complete package of classic richness and elegance. To present a stunning contrast to the white dial, the watch has been designed with black Roman numerals and black stick shaped hands to indicate the time.
