Backdrop

Delivering the promised qualities of Chronoswiss, the Delphis delivers an aura of the early days of the watchmaker. One of the first timepieces launched by the brand, the Chronoswiss Delphis collection consists of only limited edition timepieces.

Features

The Delphis features a 42mm case with intricate detailing. The round case consists of a knurled bezel edge, straight lugs, and an onion-style crown which is reminiscent of the early versions created by Chronoswiss. The centre stage is taken over by the meticulously designed dial. Made in collaboration with the skilled guillocheurs from Atelier Lucerne, the dial features a jumping hour window at the 12 o’clock marker and the small seconds are fixed above the 6 o’clock marker. The minutes are displayed in a retrograde style placed at the upper half of the dial. The dial is particularly decorated with a guilloche pattern and the dial is skeletonised to further showcase the robust movement manufactured by the brand.

Movement

Equipped with an automatic mechanical movement, the Delphis offers Chronoswiss’s mechanical dexterity with finesse. Equipped with an in-house calibre, the Delphis features the C.6004 movement. The C.6004 delivers a power reserve of approximately 55 hours with 37 jewels and vibrates at a frequency of 28,800 vph. The bridges and the main plates are finished with perlage, whereas, the escape wheel, screws, and pallet lever are thoroughly polished.
