For the 40-year-old Chronoswiss, it will be their third time participation at the globally renowned Watches & Wonders 2025 edition in Geneva. The Lucerne-based independent watchmaker—known for their mastery over regulator watches—intend to unveil, for the first time, an all-titanium watch with an integrated bracelet and case. The brand, under the theme of ‘Modern Mechanical’, have used the superior quality Grade 5 titanium to launch Chronoswiss Pulse One. Limited to just 100 pieces, the Chronoswiss Pulse One is available in two vivid dial hues: Pulse One Sand (4N sand-blasted and coloured dial) and Pulse One Blue (deep blue dial).

Playing With Titanium: Chronoswiss Pulse One
Marking a first of the brand, Chronoswiss have seamlessly fused the fully integrated Grade 5 titanium bracelet with its 41mm case; a feat achieved at the brand’s manufacturing unit at the Atelier Lucerne. Grade 5 titanium is a superior quality titanium alloy that wins points for its lightweight, sturdy and corrosion-resistant attributes, which additionally make it stronger and less heavy than steel. The finesse of the watch case can be gauged from the satin finish and sandblasted surfaces, plus the partly polished bezel with knurling. This case and bracelet in turn lend a cooling contrast to the blue and sand coloured dials, making them appear refreshing. This case is fitted with the trademarked onion crown, also in titanium, used for adjusting the time. Moreover, the bracelet features a carefully concealed butterfly clasp, with polished screws and chamfered edges to showcase precision engineering.
A Reliable Movement
The Pulse One range of iterations run on the in-house Chronoswiss Manufacture Calibre C.6001. This ruthenium-plated movement controls the 3D regulator setup consisting of the off-centre hour sub-dial at 12 o’clock and the larger-than-average retrograde seconds sub-dial at six o’clock. Proving to be equally sturdy like its titanium exterior, this movement comes equipped with Incabloc shock protection and offers 55 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
