Featured here is the IWC Ingenieur Double Chronograph Titanium, a 45mm masterpiece made with robust titanium, ceramic and rubber. A calibre 79420 mechanical double chronograph movement powers the watch and has a special additional feature in the chronograph for measuring lap and split time. The split-seconds hand can be stopped to record intermediate times while the stopwatch hand continues to run. If the push-button at 10’0’clock is pressed a second time, the split-seconds and stop watch hands are re-synchronized. This allows the wearer to record as many lap times as he chooses.

Ceramic screw heads in the bezel add to the solid construction of the watch. The crown and its protector along with the pushers have a firm rubber coating for a better grip. The rubber coating also adds to the design of the watch.
