Andrew Garfield in 2024
Former Spider-Man, English actor Andrew Garfield has been quite regular with wearing Omega over the last couple of years. However, lately, his stylist Warren Alfie Baker has been picking out other brands for him, such as Chopard. Recently though, he was featured in Variety magazine—in their ‘Actors on Actors’ issue in December 2024—wearing Omega again.
It was their classic dress watch, a De Ville Trésor, in steel, white and black. With sleek hour markers and hands, the dial presents the date at six o’clock. Set inside the 40mm case is the co-axial Master Chronometer calibre 8910, offering a 72-hour power reserve.
Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon and Chronograph
Nicholas Hoult In December 2024
Jaeger-LeCoultre brand ambassador, English actor Nicholas Hoult has always shown up wearing a Jaeger-LeCoultre timepiece at his public appearances, since he’s been associated with the Swiss brand. During his recent appearances at premieres of his new horror film Nosferatu in December 2024, Hoult has been wearing watches from the Reverso collection, as he has at most recent red-carpet events. At the worldwide premiere of the movie, he was wearing the Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon.
And at the Los Angeles premiere, he was wearing the Reverso Tribute Chronograph. Both watches were a part of the 2023 Reverso edition, launched at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023. The Tourbillon was in steel, while the Chronograph in pink gold.

Robert Downey Jr In December 2024
Former Iron Man portrayer, actor Robert Downey Jr was a presenter at the American Cinematheque Awards Gala earlier in December 2024. He was seen wearing a grey ensemble, and complementing his look was a Gerald Charles timepiece. Sporting the brand’s signature case shape with a ‘smile at six’, this was the Maestro 8.0 Squelette, which means ‘skeleton’ in French. An open-worked beauty, this watch is an accomplishment for the brand, owing to the challenge it was to develop and construct a skeleton movement in such an unconventional shape.
TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph X Porsche 963 Limited Edition
Patrick Dempsey In December 2024
Race car driver and actor, Patrick Dempsey was spotted in Barcelona earlier in December 2024, at a store opening for Swiss watch brand TAG Heuer, which Dempsey is an ambassador of. Dempsey has been the face of several campaigns for Carrera watches, which is a perfect fit, as it is their key motor-racing collection. The one he was seen wearing in Barcelona was the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph X Porsche 963 Limited Edition—a product of another collaboration for the brand, that with luxury super-car makers, Porsche. This tourbillon edition is one of several watches that they have made as part of their partnership.

Aaron Taylor Johnson In December 2024
Actor Aaron Taylor Johnson, like Garfield above, was also spotted wearing an Omega De Ville Trésor watch. The Englishman, who’s been rumoured to have been among those being considered to play the next James Bond, wore an edition from the dress watch collection in yellow gold. This was at an event for his new film, Kraven The Hunter, earlier in December 2024. The watch choice is interesting, as Omega happens to be the official watch of James Bond. Whether one puts two and two together, or simply assumes it was a choice of his stylist Ilaria Urbinati, we can’t really know for sure as of now, either way.
