The latest edition of the Baume & Mercier My Promesse watches reflect an all-new look for the collection. The case, while still round and elegant with refined lines and smooth edges, is now accompanied by a new steel bracelet. However, what’s more interesting is the inclusion of grosgrain straps in this new edition. A red grosgrain strap accompanies a steel case, while a blue one is seen on a gold PVD case. All three versions come in 32mm sizes.

Baume & Mercier My Classima
My Classima from Baume & Mercier exemplifies the leisure aspect of the brand. And this year, there’s a version with a gold PVD case for ladies who like gold. The clean, white dial features Roman numerals at 12, six and nine, while the other hour markers are simple indexes, except for three o’clock, where you can see the date aperture. The 31mm case is accompanied by a burgundy-brown calfskin strap.

Cartier Panthère de Cartier
The 2018 edition of the Panthère de Cartier watches is a renewal of the signature line, with its square case with rounded edges and rivets on the bezel. The new edition is available in steel, white gold, yellow gold, pink gold, and steel and gold, with diamonds on some versions. The white dials feature the distinctive Cartier Roman numerals, square chapter ring, and blued hands. What’s most interesting is that for the first time ever, the Panthère watches also come with double- or triple-loop metallic bracelets, on some exclusive versions.

IWC Da Vinci Automatic Moon Phase 36 Edition ‘150 Years’
A celebration of 150 years of IWC, the Jubilee Edition unveiled this year includes special edition timepieces from the Portofino, Pilot’s Watch, Portugieser and Da Vinci collections. This here is a women’s Da Vinci timepiece with a moon phase indicator in the redesigned round Da Vinci case released a year ago. The 18-carat red gold case is paved with 206 diamonds amounting to 2.26 carats, even seen on the lugs. The dial is lacquered in 10 layers, and features blued steel hands, which complement the blue in the moon phase display at 12 o’clock.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Rendez-Vous Night & Day
This year’s Rendez-Vous collection of ladies’ timepieces was an edition unified in blue – a colour that is becoming increasingly popular in watches. There were versions with blue dials, with diamonds on the bezel, and even a tourbillon variation. This one though is the Night & Day, in a 34mm stainless steel case, with a guilloche-pattern white dial that is texturally splendid, and perfectly complemented by the diamonds studded right by the Arabic numeral hour markers. The blued steel hands match the elements of the day/night indicator at six o’clock, and the top-stitched midnight blue alligator leather strap. This elegant timepiece runs on an automatic movement, the Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 898/1, comprising 204 parts and a 40-hour power reserve.
