Maestro or master is the one who excels in a chosen art. Raymond Weil’s muse for this beautiful collection is the grand musician who composes spellbinding symphonies while commanding his orchestra with composure. The Maestro collection recreates this mastery through highly skilled craftsmanship. Launched in 2010, these watches bring together Raymond Weil's passion for music and dedication to innovation.
Maestro is Raymond Weil’s first collection featuring the moon phase complication. The Phase De Lune is an elegant time teller with a masterly design. The timepiece is powered by the RW4500 automatic movement which is housed in a splendid stainless steel case. The watch supports a date sub-dial at 6 o’clock and a moon phase function between 10 and 11 o’clock. The black dial features roman numerals for the hour markers. Protecting the beautiful guilloche pattern on the dial is a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment.
With a brown leather strap and rose gold PVD stainless steel bezel, this timepiece personifies classical elegance. It embodies the immaculate tradition and expertise that the brand stands for. Simplicity is the forte of this watch, which is seen in the clean silver dial that features only a small date display at 3 o’clock. The rose gold coloured hands point to Roman numeral hour markers that have been designed in a similar fashion as the hands. The watch is driven by a self winding mechanical movement and has a water resistance of 50 meters.
A Swiss-made automatic winding movement resides at the heart of this highly accurate time teller. It has a power reserve of 38 hours and is water resistant to a depth of 50 meters. The black dial with the intricate guilloche pattern and rose gold coloured roman numerals invokes a sense of mystique. A small seconds sub-dial is positioned at 6 o’clock and the date window is displayed at 3 o’clock. The brown strap is made of genuine calf leather and features an alligator motif.
Raymond Weil, since its inception, has been influenced by the grand composers of music, and hence the brand
named this collection ‘Maestro’ as a tribute to those masters of symphonies.
Symbolic of the orchestra which brings together a multitude of musical instruments, this watch features various functions on its 41.5 mm silver dial. It has three sub-dials: days at 9 o’clock, date at 3 o’clock and moon phase at 6 o’clock. Central week and month indicators line the outer rim of the dial. Creating a beautiful contrast with the silver dial and stainless steel case are the blue coloured hands that point to Roman numeral hour markers.
