About the Tissot T-Touch Collection
History
One of the first brands to launch a watch with a touchscreen, Tissot has been in the arena of innovative timekeeping since its advent. Launched in 1999 with the first sports watch by Tissot, the Tissot T-Touch collection featured a simple, single button at 3 o’clock that would activate the watch. Since then, Tissot has been in the business of crafting utilitarian watches with innovative ideas.
Features
The Tissot T-Touch is home to various features and offers a more complex look into complications. Featuring chronographs, a compass, an altimeter, a timer, an alarm, and a weather-measuring tool. These tools are activated by a touch sensor at the 3 o’clock marker. In a bid to add cleaner fuel to the timepieces, the Tissot T-Touch Expert Solar II gathers its energy from the sun with minute solar panels on the dial. For the sailors, the Tissot Sailing T-Touch also offers a thermometer in addition to the above-mentioned features coupled with a regatta timer for all those times one would spend on a yacht.
Limited Editions
Apart from offering various features, the Tissot T-Touch collection is also home to various limited-edition timepieces. Timepieces such as Tissot T-Touch Expert Solar II Swiss Edition, the Tissot T-Touch Expert Solar Jungfraubahn, and the Tissot T-Touch Expert Solar Tour De France 2019 Special Edition feature various collaborations with complex features.
