History
Rolex was founded by Hans Wilsdorf when he was merely 24 years of age. Today, this brand is known for its amazing timepieces and excellent and reliable watch movements.

Design
Rolex’s M178273-63163_ CHAMP Datejust Lady 31 is a silver diaed watch for women and an exquisite piece, whose case is made of Yellow Rolesor, which gets its name from the harmonious combination of 18 karat gold and 904 L steel. The hour indexes of the watch are represented by Roman numerals and features a gold tone similar to the stick shaped hands on the dial.

Rolex has provided a scratch resistant sapphire crystal to protect the dial from external wear and tear. It has also added a Cyclops lens over the date function, located at 3 0’clock, which helps in magnifying the digits by 2.5 times their actual size. An oyster link bracelet with three flat inter connecting link construction is used in this model.  Its clasp is a folding easy-link that offers greater security when you wear the timepiece. This watch has a fluted bezel of Yellow Rolesor, which adds to its aesthetic beauty.

Features
The Datejust Lady 31 model from Rolex, gets its name from the date feature that it showcases. Moreover, it has been especially designed for women. This model is a certified Swiss chronometer, which is a designation given to only those watches that pass the extreme Swiss chronometer tests of place and temperature, and are very precise and reliable. This piece uses the perpetual self-winding mechanism of caliber 2235. This movement has been completely created by Rolex and is a distinctive feature that is highly efficient. The watch belongs to the oyster series of Rolex watches, which means that it uses a system, in which the winding crown and the bezel are screwed together so that they do not allow water to enter. Water resistance is to a depth of 100 m.

History
The Datejust collection was introduced by Rolex in the year 1945. This was the first wristwatch to display automatically changing date through an opening on the dial.

Features
Featuring a classic design and iconic style, the Datejust features a date window located at the 3 o’clock position for your ease in viewing. The date aperture showcases the Cyclops lens on the top, the most distinctive feature of Rolex watches. This lens magnifies the date by approximately two and half times for clear legibility. The watches in this collection have an oyster case, which is clamped shut and extremely robust. The core of the oyster consists of a screw-down case and a signed screw-down crown with twinlock system. This system renders the watches water-resistant up to 100 metres, enabling you to wear them for poolside swimming and snorkelling. The Datejust watches come with two classic Rolex bracelets, either the Jubilee or the Oyster. The Jubilee is a five-piece metal link bracelet with a concealed Crownclasp fitted at the end, and the Oyster is a broad three-piece metal link bracelet, which is quite popular because of its classic appeal. These watches have a standard 36 mm case, and are equipped with a self-winding mechanical movement manufactured by Rolex, the calibre 3135.
