History
The year 1982 witnessed the launch of one of the most famous Omega collections, the Constellation Manhattan. The exclusive timepieces with striking dial colours started getting admiration from the connoisseurs right away after its launch. The patented design elements of the watches include “Griffes” or claws and a star at the 6’ o clock position.

Design
Elegant and exquisite, the Omega Constellation Co-Axial 38 mm 123.10.38.21.02.001 model for men, features a stylish silver dial displaying silver toned large indexes as hour markers for enhanced legibility. You can see the time even in the dark owing to the luminescent coating of the indexes. The hour and minute hands are also silver toned in accordance with the dial. You can see the date in the date aperture, stylishly placed at the 3 o’ clock position. Mounted on the 38 mm stainless steel case, the silver bezel of the watch has Roman numerals engraved on it to represent the hour markers. The timepiece is presented with a stainless steel bracelet, which features the pushbutton foldover clasp. The clasp fastens the watch securely to your wrist and also allows you to wear it with convenience.
Enjoy all the complex movements of the watch through its transparent caseback. Crafted using domed sapphire crystal, the case window acts as a perfect shield for the watch. Besides, the anti reflective treatment of the crystal enables you to view the time in bright sunlight easily.

Features
Powered with the the Omega Co-Axial calibre 8500 movement, the timekeeper reads accrurate time. The self winding movement of the watch is one of the most advanced horological mechanisms. You can wind the watch both ways owing to its free sprung balance. With a power reserve of 60 hours and water resistance of 100 m, you can wear the watch while indulging in any kind of water activities.

History
The Constellation Collection by Omega was launched in 1952, has since been renowned for its ultra precise movements and elegantly refined cases. Century, a limited edition wristwatch unveiled in 1948 on the firm’s 100th anniversary, is the progenitor of the collection. Due to the overwhelming response received by this watch, the brand launched the Constellation collection, which imbibed the same qualities. In 1982, the Constellation “Manhattan” was launched, with which the four claws or “griffes” were introduced that keeps the sapphire crystal case intact to securely render the watch waterproof.

Series
The Omega Constellation collection has been exemplified in several sub collections that include the Gents’ Collection, Ladies’ Collection, Orbis Constellation Star, Sedna, and the Luxury Edition. The watches in the Gents’ collection feature distinctive design factors – the renowned claws on the case, horizontal links for utmost comfort, and a Constellation star, which is situated at the 6o’ clock position. Featuring a vast range of watches with different sizes, metals, dials, and diamond options to choose from, the Ladies’ Collection contains at least one watch to suit every wrist. The Orbis Constellation Star supports Orbis International – which gives advanced eye care to some of the most inaccessible regions in the world, and it’s Flying Eye Hospital. An 18-carat rose gold alloy, consisting of copper, palladium, and at least 75% gold, has been used to craft the Constellation Sedna. This breathtaking alloy adds an innovative and stunning appeal to the watch, giving it a long lasting rose-coloured hue. The magnificent Omega Constellation Luxury Edition watches showcase multitude of diamonds in spectacular supernova pattern, which dazzles the eyes of the onlooker.
