History
This watch, with its three-counter chronograph is aesthetically inspired from the 1959 Memovox Deep Sea model. The chronograph aboard the JLC Q208A570 takes its inspiration from “Chronoflight”, which is a 1930’s Jaeger LeCoultre onboard instrument.
Design
The round, black case of the Jaeger LeCoultre Q208A570 adds a sporty look to your attire. This watch is made from black coloured reinforced cermet. This material provides the case with impressive lightness, stability and resistance. The case has a diameter of 44mm and a thickness of 14.5mm. This case has a rotating stainless steel bezel that is unidirectional with black cermet top ring. It encases a sporty, black matt dial with luminescent numerals and hour-markers. There are three sub dials that measure 60 seconds, 30 minutes and 12 hours. The hands of the watch are skeletonised baton type. This dial is protected by a sapphire crystal glass, which is scratch resistant and also provides increased legibility under sunlight. The strap is made from high-tech material and has a pin buckle measuring 20mm.
Features
The Jaeger LeCoultre Master Compressor Diving Chronograph Q208A570 has an in house built Calibre 758 automatic movement. This movement has 340 pieces with 28800 vibrations per minute for impeccably precise timekeeping. In addition, there are 47 jewels in this watch. It also has an impressive power reserve of 65 hours. This watch's  functions include hour, minutes, a 60 seconds counter, a 30 minutes counter, a chronograph and an hour counter. There is also a movement that indicates if elapsed seconds are operating or not. Other than that, this luxury watch is also waterproof down to a depth of 100 metres.
