The Omega Specialities Paris 2024 Bronze Gold Edition is a vintage-inspired timepiece that honours the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. With a 39mm brushed case crafted from Omega’s exclusive Bronze Gold, this watch celebrates the iconic Olympic medals—gold, silver, and bronze. The polished bezel and vintage Omega logo embossed on the crown add to its timeless charm. The dial, made from Ag 925 silver, features a “Clous de Paris” pattern at the centre and a small seconds sub-dial at six o'clock, along with a brushed circular pattern on the minute tracks. The dark grey vintage Omega logo complements the 18K Sedna Gold hands, which are coated in PVD Bronze Gold. On the caseback, the "BG 859" engraving and the Paris 2024 Olympic logo further commemorate this special edition. The watch is powered by the Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8926, housed in a luxurious presentation box and worn on a brown calf-skin leather strap with a bronze gold buckle.

About the Omega Specialities Collection
Reflecting nearly 170 years of innovation in precision timekeeping and style, Omega have earned a distinguished reputation for producing high-quality timepieces that combine technical excellence with elegant design. Over the years, Omega have become synonymous with iconic moments, from being the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games to becoming the first watch worn on the moon. The Omega Specialities exemplify this rich heritage of the brand while embracing innovation. This collection features notable series including the Museum Collection, the Rio 2016 Limited Edition, and the 125th Anniversary Pocket Watch, each highlighting Omega's dedication to preserving their storied past while advancing their craft.
Collection Overview
The Specialties collection features pieces that celebrate Omega's achievements and milestones. One such example is the Rio 2016 Limited Edition, designed for recreational diving and features a helium escape valve and a unidirectional rotating bezel in the colours of the Olympic rings. Inspired by vintage Omega models, the Museum Collection often features authentic components and limited production runs. The Museum Collection N° 8 Racend Timer, for example, pays tribute to Omega's contributions to sports timing, showcasing a combination of a timer and a slit photo-finish camera.
A highlight of the collection is the reintroduction of the original 18 CHRO calibre, a restored movement from 1913, used in Omega's first wrist chronographs. Limited to just 18 pieces, these watches feature 18k white gold cases, grand feu enamel dials, and vintage-style "Empire" hands, demonstrating Omega's dedication to preserving its horological heritage. The Omega 125th Anniversary Pocket Watch, another jewel in the collection, reflects the brand's ongoing commitment to precision and craftsmanship, with its 18K Canopus Gold case and a carefully reconstructed "OMEGA" calibre movement. Through the Specialities collection, Omega continue to honour their past while inspiring future generations of watch enthusiasts.

ABOUT THE MOVEMENT
The calibre 8926 enhances the time-and-date architecture of the calibre 8910 by adding a small second counter. This movement ensures chronometric precision for the De Ville Trésor Small Seconds timepieces in steel, operating at a frequency of 3.5Hz. It features a manual-winding mechanism, 29 jewels, the signature co-axial escapement, and a silicon hairspring. Additionally, it offers up to 72 hours of power reserve stored in two barrels.
