Raymond Weil Maestro

History

Raymond Weil wanted to withhold the tradition of making timekeeping an experience and in 2010 Raymond Weil came up with the Maestro collection. The Maestro 35th anniversary edition was also launched the same year to commemorate 35 years of Raymond Weil’s glorious existence.

Features

Raymond Weil Maestro collection pays an accurate tribute to the world of classical music. Fitted with various complications such as moon phase, small seconds, and open heart, the Maestro collection offers complexity with a touch of aesthetic beauty with guilloche pattern dials on most of the timepieces. Inside the Maestro Moon Phase, the moon phase sub-dial is fixed at the 6 o’clock marker and a date window at 3 with one variation also featuring an open balance wheel without the date window. The collection also features a set of timepieces that are equipped with an open balance wheel at the 12 o’clock marker fitted with either index markers or Roman numerals. Apart from the timepieces with the moon phase and open balance wheel complications, the brand also offers subtle dress watches with only small seconds sub-dial and a date window.

Maestro for Women

The collection also caters to women with beautiful and elegant timepieces with mother-of-pearl dials and a moon phase and Date complication in some. Apart from the complications, the collection is further beautified by diamond hour markers in some and a diamond-studded bezel timepiece.

The Beatles

Raymond Weil has quite an affection for the British band, the Beatles. Beatles have filled the world of music with songs that have lived through generations. To celebrate the eccentric musicians, the brand decided to create a few limited edition timepieces. One such timepiece is the Maestro ‘Help!’ featuring the band’s evergreen songs on the index markers. At the 4 o’clock marker is the special ‘Help!’ index displaying the four band members. Another such timepiece is the Maestro “Abbey Road” featuring the four band members at the 4 o’clock index and a dial designed like a vinyl disc. Further celebrating the two iconic songs, “Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” and “Let it be”, the brand released two sets of limited-edition timepieces. Inside the Maestro “Sgt Pepper’s” limited edition, the inner dial features the full name of the song and a Beatles logo. The “Let it be” limited edition timepiece features the Beatles logo at the 9 o’clock marker complemented by an open work dial. These four limited edition timepieces can be availed in one exclusive set called Maestro The Beatles Exclusive Set. The set is made available with a brilliantly finished wooden box with the names of the watches written inside it.
