History
Rado is a Swiss watch manufacturing company that has its headquarters in Lengnau, Switzerland. It began as a producer of watch movements, in 1950 as [Schlup and Co.]. It launched its first collection of watches in 1957, after which various high-tech evolutions have followed.  Producing about half a million luxury watches every year, the company is famous for constructing innovative, scratch-proof watches.
