Product Description
Design
This exquisite Jaeger-LeCoultre specialty carves a niche in watch making art with a platinum case of 42 mm diameter and 13.1 mm thickness while a diamond set adorns the case. The numerous complications are crafted on to a multi-faceted dial. The upper dial is laid out in mother of pearl with the perpetual calendar denotations and the lower dial proudly displays a set with baguette-cut diamonds. Black transferred and silver grained hour markers adorn the face of the watch while dauphined hands act as pointers. The straps or bracelet is made out of genuine alligator leather with pin buckle.
Features
The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition Tourbillon Cylindrique à Quantième Perpetuel unleashes a bevy of interesting features and functions with fierce loyalty to the core Haute Horlogerie principles. A watch of many virtues, it houses a Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 985, with automatic single barrelled movement. 28,800 vibrations per hour make up the frequency of this watch. Containing a power reserve capacity of 45 hours, this luxury wrist watch compares far better than most watches.
Jaeger-LeCoultre introduces a once in a lifetime watch; a time piece that is par excellence and beats all in terms of functionality and enhanced readability. The Master Grande Tradition Tourbillon Cylindrique à Quantième Perpetuel displays the most basic features such as the hour-minute and seconds function in a minimalist fashion to confer greater visibility to the other delightful incorporations in the time piece. The perpetual calendar, inspired from the 19th century pocket watches of Jaeger-LeCoultre is well known for its extreme legibility. The focal point however is the flying tourbillon, a reworked mechanism incorporated with a cylindrical spring balance, guaranteeing an exceptional level of time keeping performance. The in house watch movement is also the sole power provider to the moon phase indicator and the perpetual calendar features-the date, year, month and day display.
