Raymond Weil, founded in 1976 is not just a classic watch making company, but also a brand that combines technical perfection with embodiment of soul that speaks for itself. The uniqueness of the brand has been passed on from generation to generation. The Weil dynasty consisting of Raymond, his son in law; Oliver Bernheim and his two sons have introduced a plethora of new timepieces and collections.
The Freelancer collection, launched in 2007, epitomizes freedom and its cutting edge designs celebrate the individuality of free spirited men from all around the globe.
Breaking free from all restrictions, the Raymond Weil 7730 STC 20101 is a model that embodies a unique black dial with luminous silver tone hands and index hour markers, with minute markers along the outer rim. Stainless steel and leather straps reflect masculinity, also making it an addition to your heirloom collection. Circular in shape, the watch measures 42mm diameter and 13.7mm thickness. With 3 dials displaying 60 seconds, 30 minutes and 12 hours, chronometric perfection is achieved. Crafted of the finest materials, it is a masterpiece that ensures durability and creativity.
The Swiss made timepiece incorporates a mechanical movement that offers a 46 hour power reserve. A day and date window is impeccably positioned at 3 o’ clock. The water resistant body at 300 feet, along with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with antiglare treatment on both sides, exemplifies the timepieces durability; the key to the success of the Raymond Weil institution. This model has 4 variations, all of which represent the timeless elegance that the brand initially sought to create.
The brand known for representing music, art and culture, has been the official watch and timing partner of the Brit Awards since 2008. Freelancer is a collection that preserves elements of eternal sophistication and adds a touch of urbane perfection.
In 2007, Raymond Weil launched the magnificent Freelancer collection of watches. The name of the collection is a tribute to the uninhibited spirt of the artist, the maverick and the pioneer who expresses his creativity impassionedly and freely. The Freelancer collection includes watches for men and women and delights them both in equal measures.
The Freelancer Range of watches from Raymond Weil is extremely diverse in terms of the number of styles and designs it offers. These watches come in stainless-steel or titanium cases with mirror finish. Select models offer a gold plating in rose or yellow for a touch of opulence. The strap is made in either immaculately stitched leather or polished stainless steel, some watches featuring a dual combination of steel and gold. The case window is fabricated in sapphire crystal glass which is anti-reflective on both sides and hence offers a clear view of the time, while zealously guarding the case against wear and tear.
The Freelancer Range from Raymond Weil was the first amongst the watches to be brought out by the firm to have a visible balance wheel. A small aperture in the dial allowed the user a view of the moving mechanical part of the watch. It also marked the beginning of a mechanical range of watches for the ladies from this brand. Further enhancing the utility of the watch, the Freelancer series of watches has a luminescent dial, which allows viewing of time even in the dark. The more affluent watches of the Freelancer series come with an automatic chronograph feature that can be employed according to the user’s requirement. These watches are water-resistant up to a depth of 100 meters or 330 feet.
