We hence bring Swiss watches to Indian connoisseurs with its concept of assurance, authenticity, transparency and exclusivity. We now have more than 24 luxury outlets and more than 30 brands, ranging from retail prices INR 5000 up to INR 20, 00000 and more!
The HR Practices
Our Brand name 'Ethos' refers to “culture or moral set of values". It represents dedication to the highest ethical standards, which is the hallmark of our business.

Most of the HR practices at Ethos are a result of the vision of its founders and the culture that they have themselves driven over the years. The founders have always advocated Ethics and at the same time have maintained a culture of a performer’s paradise. The employees have always been encouraged to achieve higher levels of performances while doing value driven business and hence have won trust of the customers, business partners and associates all over the globe. Our courtesy driven customer centric approach has credited us with long lasting associations.

Ethos has more than 24 Luxury Outlets across India and has employees from diverse nationalities working together in an inclusive environment. The expansion plans are aiming at taking this number up to 100 outlets in times to come. The workplace recognizes the unique skills of professionals irrespective of gender, ethnicity or nationality.

Our leadership team creates awareness among employees about the values out of which we operate. A team of culture coaches initiates new recruits into Ethos through an Induction program by providing culture sensitivity training. We at Ethos encourage the bottom up communication by providing various forums to employees at all levels to communicate ideas, suggestions and concerns if any.

Recruitment
While recruiting new employees, Ethos Team takes adequate care to identify the right candidates. On the qualities that we look for in a candidate, our Mantra is that we focus on candidates who display a high degree of professionalism, well groomed appearances and ability to turn desire into a need.

We also place significant importance on professional competence and academic excellence. Other qualities we look for are analytical ability, teamwork, leadership potential, and communication skills along with a practical and structured approach to relationship building with customers.

Training
Training at Ethos is an ongoing process. When new recruits join they are trained through Induction courses including Organisation Orientation program and Brand & Product training program. The company organizes special training programs on soft skills for its employees in order to groom them to interact with High Profile Customers.
